I am thrilled to be speaking at the Missional Women Conference this coming Spring, and I hope you’ll join me!
With a worship concert by Shaun Groves and keynote speeches by Ann Dunagan (author of The Mission-Minded Family) and Laura Krokos (founder of Missional Women), the Missional Women Conference will inspire and equip you to live out the Great Commission in whatever role or season of life you find yourself.
The conference also includes breakout sessions led by some of my favorite missional bloggers and speakers who are impacting the world with the gospel in creative and radical ways!
I’m excited to lead a breakout session on how you can make better disciples (or become a better disciple) of the Word of God. We’ll be looking at how the study the Bible and how you more effectively teach new believers to mine the treasures of Scriptures for themselves!

This looks really neat, Melissa…the book and the conference. What will you be speaking about? Would love to come listen!
hi Emily! I’m speaking on how we can make better disciples of God’s Word. Very often, our discipleship methods for teaching and mentoring new believers is very short and concentrates only on specific topics. But producing mature believers who know how to stand strong in God’s Word will only come when they can learn to mine the treasures from God’s Word themselves. So, it will be a call to action for women to dig deep into God’s Word but also a practical how-to.
